Try This New Kind of Interval Training to Burn More Fat

Who doesn’t love interval training? You get a more intense work out in less time. Research has shown that you can burn more fat if you split up your cardio throughout your workout. For example do 20 minutes of cardio then do weights for 10 minutes then do another 20 minutes of cardio. This is kind of like an extended version your your typical interval training routine.
