Our guest today was Matt Brzycki who is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness at Princeton University; nearly 30 years of experience in strength and fitness at the collegiate level (since 1983); authored, co-authored and edited 17 books; authored more than 465 articles/columns that have been published in 45 different publications. He recently published his book: A Practical Approach to Strength Training, 4th edition. Check it out at Barnes and Noble Dr Fitness says that this is a must read book for all fitness professionals.
