Leslie Sansone Helps You Walk Away The Pounds

On today´s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on our America’s Number 1 Walking Expert Leslie Sansone who explained the importance of adding a walking program to your fitness plan. She is the creator of Walk Aerobics and has helped hundreds of thousands of people lose weight and get in shape through a walking program. Her program is totally non-intimidating and initially was geared toward people who preferred non-dance based exercise programs. Her dvds show you great full body exercises that you can do while walking – and you walk to great music that plays at the beats per minute you need to move at in order to get your heart rate up and burn those calories. BRAVO!Its so amazing to see your workout walk at home and the best ever! am from the Phillipines and really want to have a copy of your dvd’s, and wanting to have one.
