A great way to re-energize late in the day to to take a quick power nap. A short 15 catnap can help you fight through that lull that happens around 3pm. So don’t fight it and definitely don’t hit the vending machine for an unhealthy snack – just close your eyes and doze off. You have Dr Fitness’ permission.
